Intimate Small-Group Collaboration
Join 6–8 peers for 10-11 interactive Zoom meetings throughout the year. This is your chance to dive into pressing issues, brainstorm practical solutions, and build lasting, valuable relationships within the dahlia community. We are also exploring the possibility of an in-person gathering!
Dedicated One-on-One Coaching
Receive 2–3 personalized coaching sessions with Kamille annually. This dedicated time ensures you get focused guidance to develop a tailor-made strategy and set measurable goals that maximize your farm's potential.
Strategic Business Growth
Master the art of setting and tracking success using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will gain deeper knowledge on efficient dahlia cultivation and learn how to refine your market messaging to better serve your customers.

We expect a high level of engagement to ensure a valuable experience for everyone:
Active Participation: We ask that you show up, be present, and actively contribute to all discussions.
Willingness to Share: Be ready to listen, share your unique experiences, and offer encouragement to your fellow group members. The collaborative environment depends on mutual support
Meeting Logistics
Schedule: Meetings will be held once per month and will last 1.5 hours. They are typically held on a Thursday or Friday evening.
Flexibility Note: The specific meeting day and time may be adjusted based on the nature and needs of the tight-knit group.
Technology: You will need a reliable internet connection and working video capabilities for all Zoom sessions.
